Join Renee for a 60 minute VIRTUAL Yoga Stretch + Strength class. In this class we explore functional strength foundations, work up a sweat, breathe mindfully and get a total body stretch.
What You Will Need: A yoga mat and two small hand weights between 2-5 lbs (classes can also be done with only bodyweight).
Class level: This is an “all-levels” practice but some experience in yoga is helpful.
