Join Renee for a 60 minute VIRTUAL Hatha II class. In this class we develop strength, balance, flexibility and breath control in held postures. Alignment and breath focused flows are designed to take students to the intermediate level. More advanced postures and sequences are introduced requiring more strength, stamina and flexibility.
What You Will Need: A yoga mat and an optional blanket (for placing under knees as needed).
Class level: This is an “all-levels” practice best for those with some movement experience in yoga.
