Yoga for TMJ Relief

Do you suffer from TMJ (temperomandibular joint disorder), jaw pain, neck pain or headaches?

Yep, me too.

I’ve been teaching yoga since 2011 and suffering with TMJ since 2015. Over the years I’ve learned a lot about how to manage my TMJ issues with self-massage and stretching. It’s one of the best things you can do for yourself.

I’ve learned that it’s important to do some sort of massage or stretch for my jaw every day. It prevents flare-ups, improves my sleep and relieves pain.

On youtube I’ve got a TMJ relief routine for you.

To watch, click the video box above! Think of it as a self-massage mindfulness break. I know you could use one!

So why don’t you give yourself a few minutes of self-care today?

Stop what you’re doing, press play, and enjoy some relief.

You can do this from any surface, so no need to break out your stretchy pants or unfurl your mat. Although, by all means, go for it if you’re feeling it!

Enjoy!
