Join Renee for a 60 minute VIRTUAL Deep Stretch + Deep Relaxation class. In this class we explore intermediate / advanced yoga stretches in a 45 min full body practice, followed by a 15 min guided deep relaxation visualization.
What You Will Need: A yoga mat and a blanket.
Class level: This is an “all-levels” practice best for those with some movement experience in either yoga or pilates.
